Capacity Built Around Your Orders
When you source industrial V belts, you are not only checking whether a supplier can make the product. You need to know whether your order can be arranged clearly, produced steadily, packed properly, and prepared for shipment without every detail turning into a last-minute discussion.
TRANSBELON’s manufacturing capacity is built around practical order needs. From rubber mixing and sheet preparation to belt forming, vulcanization, finishing, and shipment preparation, our production flow helps you arrange standard V belt orders, OEM projects, and bulk purchasing plans with a clearer production path.

Production Flow You Can Rely On
Your order moves through an organized production flow, from rubber preparation to belt forming and finishing, helping reduce uncertainty during manufacturing arrangement.

Capacity for Bulk Orders
When you need larger V belt quantities, production can be planned according to belt type, section, length range, quantity, packaging method, and expected shipment schedule.

OEM Order Production Support
If you need your own brand, TRANSBELON can arrange logo marking, packaging requirements, and market-specific size planning within the production process.

Export Order Arrangement
For overseas orders, production can be coordinated with packing, shipment preparation, and loading schedule, helping your purchasing plan move more smoothly from factory to delivery.
Order Absorption Capacity
When your V belt order becomes larger or more urgent, production capacity is no longer just about making the belt. It is about whether your order can be arranged into a stable production rhythm, from confirmed specifications to packaging and shipment preparation.
TRANSBELON plans V belt production around order quantity, belt section, length range, branding needs, packaging method, and expected delivery schedule, helping your bulk or export orders move through production with clearer coordination.
Bulk Order Intake
Production can be arranged around your order quantity, belt type, and delivery schedule.
Production Load Planning
Orders are planned according to workshop capacity, urgency, and packaging needs.
Shipment Preparation
Finished belts can be prepared according to packing method and export schedule.
From Compound Flow to Finished V Belts
V belt manufacturing capacity is not created at the final forming stage only. Before your order becomes a finished belt, rubber compounds need to be mixed, sheeted, arranged with tensile cords, built into the required belt structure, wrapped or shaped according to belt type, and then cured through vulcanization.
At TRANSBELON, this connected production flow helps your V belt order move from rubber preparation to cord arrangement, belt building, vulcanization with logo marking, trimming, and packing preparation within one organized manufacturing system.
Rubber compounds are prepared according to belt structure, flexibility, and application requirements.
Mixed rubber is processed into workable sheets before entering the belt building stage.
Tensile cords are arranged to form the strength layer that supports stable power transmission.
Rubber layers and tensile members are built into the required V belt structure before curing.
Wrapped belts are covered with fabric, while raw edge or cogged belts follow their required forming structure.
The belt is cured and shaped under heat and pressure, while logo or specification marking is completed during this stage.
After vulcanization, belts are trimmed, sorted by order details, and prepared for packing.

OEM V Belt Tooling for Repeat Production
For OEM V belt orders that require a specific profile, marking style, or branding detail outside our existing tooling range, TRANSBELON can arrange dedicated vulcanization molds according to confirmed specifications. Once the mold and production parameters are approved, repeat batches can follow the same tooling reference to help keep belt dimensions, surface marking, and overall appearance more consistent over time.
- Custom-made vulcanization molds for each OEM belt profile
- Logo printing on the outer surface of V belts
- Private-label packaging support
- Long-term private-label supply
